This is What Brunch at High West Distillery Looks Like
Horses graze on the rolling hills, trees rustle in the wind, and the babble of a nearby mountain stream provides a soft background to the gentle strumming and song of the live band. This is the scene every Sunday from 10:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at High West Distillery during the weekly brunch there, when they serve up a decadent buffet featuring fruit, meats, cheeses, baked goods, and made to order eggs, a tri-tip carving station, and french toast with whiskey maple syrup. Of course, it wouldn't be High West if you couldn't pair your brunch up with a signature cocktail or two (or three)--try the High West Lemonade, Bloody Mary, or the Dead Man’s Boots, the best-selling cocktail at High West’s flagship location on Park Avenue in Park City.
Just a 15-20 minute drive from Park City, the High West Distillery in Wanship is well worth a visit for brunch, but there's more to offer. Situated on the Blue Sky Ranch, the location undoubtedly provides one of the most unique dining experiences you can have and will soon be home to a new luxury resort focused on providing the quintessential western experience, where activities will include trap-shooting and horseback riding. As an added bonus, once you're done having brunch, you can hop right into free distillery tour and finish off in the whiskey tasting room.
