Shopping sustainably has never been easier—or more rewarding—than at local consignment stores. Not only can you uncover unique finds at a fraction of retail prices, but you’re also helping your community (and the planet) in the process. Whether redecorating your home, refreshing your wardrobe, or looking for one-of-a-kind gifts, these three Park City consignment shops are the spots to visit.

ReStore Thrift Store

6280 Silver Creek Dr

Looking for bigger-ticket items or planning a home improvement project on a budget? Meet ReStore, the consignment store that caters to both DIYers and deal seekers. Operated by Habitat for Humanity, it offers a wide selection of gently used furniture, appliances, and building materials. Items that do not sell right away are marked down by 10 percent every few weeks. Delivery services are available for a small fee. “We have a partnership with a boutique, so we receive pallets of unworn clothing and boutique items that we sell,” says Michael Plowman, development director for Habitat for Humanity, Summit and Wasatch Counties. “We are a true thrift store.” Proceeds support Habitat for Humanity projects, helping to create affordable housing within the community.

Pebbles & Twigs

3126 Quarry Rd, Ste 4A

For those who love shopping with a dose of whimsy, Pebbles & Twigs is a must-visit. Owners Andrea and Kuen Damiano have created a haven for rare finds, frequently receiving items from model homes and high-end brands like Bernhardt. “Often people buy a second home in Park City that is furnished,” Andrea says. “There is all this beautiful furniture, but they want to put their own touch on it. It’s amazing the stuff that people will consign.” This charming store is perfect for treasure hunters searching for those “where did you find that?” kind of pieces. Unsold items are marked down by 15 percent every 30 days.

Right at Home

1745 Bonanza Dr

Owners Melissa O’Brien and Tina Pignatelli have carefully curated the selection at Right at Home; you’ll feel like you’re shopping at an upscale boutique but without the boutique price tags. Specializing in high-quality home furnishings and decor, this store is a gold mine for anyone looking to create a living space that’s both stylish and budget-friendly. In addition to stocking new items, the store gets “a lot of wonderful, gently used furniture that still has a lot of life left in it,” says O’Brien.
