Spring has officially sprung, and right on cue we're releasing the spring cover of our current issue. The cover, photographed by Heather Nan Photography at HSL Restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City, offers a peek at the tropical-inspired flowers editorial featured inside our pages.

Our cover model wears a tiered French lace gown by Kite & Butterfly from Harlow Brides and organically elegant statement earrings by Ole Lynggaard from O.C. Tanner Jewelers. Drawing on the tropical trend, local bloomsmiths Amber Reverie (whose bouquet is pictured on the cover), La Fête, and Karley Parker with Scenemakers created colorful, textural, leafy bouquets and arrangements for the punchy "Paradise Found" editorial shot on location at HSL—aka Handle Salt Lake, the sister eatery to Handle in Park City.

The restaurant's Tulum-inspired interior, designed by HSL's Melissa Gray and Cody Derrick of Cityhome Collective, features bold jungle-esque wallpaper, wood and woven textures, and a palette of verdant hues. The setting offers an escape from the city, and the menu offers an adventure for the palate. The open kitchen features a large wood-fired hearth where Chef Briar Handly grills up delicious meats, veggies, flatbreads, and more. At the front of the restaurant, bar manager Clifton Reagle mixes up exciting, inventive cocktails—including fiery Tiki-themed concoctions—best sipped at the tiled bar or in the comfy lounge area. The restaurant offers a cool, unexpected spot for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, or receptions.
