WildKitchen

WildKitchen

This immersive open-fire dining experience created by Guy Ritchie returns to the Lodge at Blue Sky for the third year. WildKitchen offers al fresco dining at a 24-seat communal table (one seating per night) within a fully retractable canvas and hardwood tent. Chefs cook on a unique table that allows them to grill, fry, smoke, slow roast, and even boil, all in one artisanal unit. The remote, highly interactive gastronomic journey is accessible via a guided hiking excursion that explores the local terrain en route to dinner. This year’s WildKitchen guest chef lineup includes Neal Fraser of Redbird in Los Angeles (July 4), PJ Calapa from Michelin-starred Marea in New York (Aug 7 & 8), Clare de Boer and Jess Shadbolt of Soho restaurant King (Aug 14 & 15), and Cedric Vongerichten of Wayan and Madé in New York City (Sept 25 & 26). Additionally, Bar Rêve will take over the WildKitchen Terrace (Sept 2–6), bringing a cocktail-driven residency to the mountaintop setting.

The High West Outpost at the Tavern

Debuting this summer, the High West Outpost at the Tavern allows guests to step inside the resort’s historic 1800s cabin for curated whiskey flights, drams, and craft cocktails paired with light bites. Offered select days of the week from June through September.

Gracie’s Farm dinner series

This popular al fresco dinner series returns June through September, inviting guests to share a communal table each month with the FarmHers—the female farmers who cultivate the bounty at the resort’s Gracie’s Farm. Evenings begin with a welcome reception, followed by a multicourse tasting menu showcasing seasonal ingredients that are harvested directly from the farm. This year’s series will spotlight baby spring vegetables (June 25), a chef dinner with Park City’s Tupelo restaurant (July 19), garlic (July 23), tomatoes (Aug 27), a High West dinner (Aug 30), and two harvest dinners (Sept 9 & 10).

SmokeWood at Gracie’s Farm

This mobile kitchen brings fiery flavors to Gracie’s Farm. Kicking off Memorial Day weekend, SmokeWood features a rotating menu inspired by Texas craft barbecue and Tex-Mex traditions.

Yurt dining

Two mountaintop yurts are currently home to the beloved Tacocat Speakeasy, a high-altitude gathering of handcrafted and authentic Mexican small plates. On November 26, the yurts will feature Santo Taco for a vibrant, flavor-forward celebration of Mexican cuisine in a cozy alpine environment.

Kiln Wine Room pop-up

From November 18 to 20, the lodge will host a Wine Room pop-up with Kiln, a Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco known for its contemporary, ingredient-driven tasting menus.
