NAMES Morgan Latimer and Nicholas Paul Salisbury LIVE IN Sandy OCCUPATIONS She is a manager at Cardon Outreach; he works at Chase Marketing HOW THEY MET Family friends set them up. They went on a date and knew there was something special between them, but it wasn't until a year and a half later that they started dating seriously WHERE HE PROPOSED Montage Deer Valley—the same location where he first realized he wanted to marry her WEDDING WEATHER 35 degrees but sunny NUMBER OF GUESTS 350 WEDDING TIME LDS Temple sealing at 8:40 a.m.; reception at 7 p.m. CHANGE OF PLANS The bride had an afternoon hair appointment scheduled for an updo, but she ditched it so she could spend time with her new husband before the reception SPLURGE They decided early on that hiring a great photographer was important; they fell in love with Ciara Richardson’s work and film photography WEDDING STYLE The bride didn’t want a typical winter wedding; she wanted the event to resemble the spring and feel like a breath of fresh air COLORS Navy, blush, ivory, soft gray and green, and hints of purple in the flowers BRIDAL ATTIRE The bride's beloved mom made the wedding dress: a tailored silk dupioni gown with a silk French chiffon overlay and silk ivory ribbon belt with delicate beading DÉCOR DETAILS The bride's sister, Ashley Beyer of Tinge Floral, chose spring-like blooms for the bouquets and arrangements, including ranunculus, grape muscari, sweet pea, garden roses, and delphinium. She chose aged terra cotta vessels to create a garden feel and brought in potted plants for variation. She also used an array of candles throughout the space to add warmth; guests commented on the venue’s beautiful glow RECEPTION MENU FAVORITES Soup, hot chocolate, and apple cider CAKE A simple but beautiful buttercream confection; red velvet for the top tier, lemon-poppyseed for the bottom. It was so delicious they ate the portion they had saved for their one-year anniversary right after the honeymoon FAVORITE RECEPTION MOMENT Their first dance to “Fools Rush In” by Ingrid Michaelson THE DAY IN THREE WORDS Timeless, classic, heartfelt HONEYMOON Sun Valley, Idaho

I’ve always loved the character of the Rose Establishment: the exposed brick, white subway tiles, wood plank floors, and eclectic chairs and tables. With the flowers and décor by my sister, Ashley Beyer of Tinge Floral, the place seemed magical at night. —Morgan
