Craft Lake City Popsicle Workshop with Lick'd Pops
WHAT: It's hot outside, folks. And this heat calls for frozen treats. One of our local faves? The rich, creamy, fruity, Mexican paleta-style popsicles by Lick'd Pops (we feature the pops in our current Desserts editorial, pictured above). These smooth, yummy small-batch sweets are made right here in the City of Salt with fresh, seasonal ingredients by med-school-student-turned-gourmand Tiffany Tomkinson. Learn her tips, tricks, and recipes for making her signature icy confections at this month's West Elm x Craft Lake City Workshop.
WHERE: West Elm City Creek (51 South Main Street, SLC)
WHEN: Thursday, August 4 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
HOW: Cost is $30 and pre-registration is required. Register online.
And don't forget: Craft Lake City—the 801's annual DIY festival featuring local crafters, makers, and artists—goes down August 12-14 at the Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City!
