Our coverage of New York Bridal Market continues with a look at Monique Lhuillier's Spring/Summer 2016 Bridal Collection. Inspired by the tale Alice In Wonderland,  the runway presentation featured embellished sheaths, embroidered trumpet silhouettes, and voluminous gowns in neutral shades of blush, honey, mist, and sky blue. Special details include floral lace appliques and layers of tulle coupled with seductive deep V-necklines, cut outs, and low backs.

"Following Alice's path of fantasy and curiosity, my gowns transform into magical imaginations and beautiful enchantments," says the designer. "Each gown balances the line between modern allure and playful grandeur."

We're enamored by AVIVA, a cherry blossom long sleeve sparkle confetti tulle ball gown with a tiered horsehair skirt and cherry blossom veil; SUGARFINA, a pastel paillette embroidered fantasy tulle ball gown;  SAPPHIRE, an ivory/nude embellished lace ball gown with a hand-tufted skirt and silk white embellished capelet; POSH, a silk white/nude long sleeve embroidered organza ball gown with keyhole back; and BRILLIANCE, a honey diamond sparkle confetti ball gown with a matching tulle capelet.
