There are a lot of festivals we look forward to every summer in the SLC, but one we count down the days until is Craft Lake City. The annual DIY festival showcases the talent, work, and wares of local artists, crafters, and designers. Throughout the year, Craft Lake City also hosts workshops, gallery shows, and exhibits with like-minded makers and doers.

During today's 24-hour statewide fundraiser, Love Utah Give Utah, show Craft Lake City some love (and any of the other 500 local non-profits involved) by donating dinero to help keep their creative fires burning.

The payoff? Support for the DIY community in our beloved Beehive State, good karma, and donations of $50 or more will land you a spot in this Saturday's floral arranging workshop with Pamela Martinson Olson of Native Flower Company. Learn the basics of working with flowering branches and spring-flowering bulbs, all while supporting a killer cause.
