From the Runway: Marchesa Bridal Spring 2014 Collection

By Tessa Woolf August 5, 2013

Oh Georgina Champan, you are a girl after our own hearts. You know just what a woman wants for her walk down the aisle: Modern, elegant wedding gowns that are quietly luxurious. For Spring 2014, the Marchesa bridal collection--designed by Chapman and Keren Craig--features organza, tulle, chiffon, and corded lace dresses with fashion-forward details like a cascading lace cape, high-low peplum, ruched tulle tiers, and a detachable sculptural silk taffeta skirt.

Our favorite styles are the last three dresses pictured above: Anastasia, an off-shoulder tulle ball gown with ruched tulle tiers; Katharina, a ruched floral texture tea-length gown; and Clarice, a strapless ball gown with soft-tiered ruffle tulle skirt and cinched waist.

Which styles in the Marchesa Spring 2014 bridal collection are your favorites?
