A "Juicy" Pink, Red + Turquoise Summer Inspiration Board by Utah Bride Blog

By Tessa Woolf June 24, 2011

Happy Friday!

Today I have a treat for you, ladies and gents: an inspiration board designed by the gals at Utah Bride Blog. Every month, Megan Bailey and Audrey O'Brien share a guest post on our blog, and for this month's post they dreamed up a colorful, "juicy" inspiration board for summer weddings.

The initial inspiration came from the Juicy Couture perfume bottle pictured in the upper left corner of the board--I love the bottle's hot pink and cherry red tassels and the cool turquoise gems wrapped around the neck of the bottle.

From there, the UBB gals ran with the color scheme and the fresh summer feel to create a board that expresses simple, clean glamour. They share the details of the board below...

Top row, second photo: Pink nerine lilies with lovely texture and color in a simple and stunning vase.

Top row, third photo - This dress by Portland-based designer Sarah Seven is a great shade of fuchsia--even better is the model and the photography.

Second row, first photo - These Ippolita pieces are stunning! They remind us of the turquoise gems on the perfume bottle. Turquoise jewelry is so classy and elegant when done right and worn with the right colors.

Second row, second photo - We love the mix of reds and pinks in this classic and stunning centerpiece housed in a light gold vessel.

Second row, third photo - A really simple, clean, elegant vessel. Very inspiring and artistic, and it reflects the jewels on the perfume bottle.

Third row, first photo - What speaks more to elegance, glamour, and an upscale party than a simple and stunning glass of gorgeous champagne?

Third row, second photo - A vintage turquoise car reminds us of Old Hollywood glamour and is very trendy at the moment. The color is magnificent.

Third row, third photo - We love that the carpet is pink. The red petals and flowers with a gold backdrop create a monochromatic element.

Isn't this board gorgeous? Thank you Audrey and Megan for designing this! Bridettes, be sure to visit Utah Bride Blog for even more inspiration.

(Pssst! Today UBB is featuring a sneek peek of the premiere issue of Salt Lake/Park City Bride & Groom Magazine--check it out!)

Have a great weekend everyone!
