From the Runway to the Aisle: Lovely Lace
Lace ruled the runways at the spring 2011 fashion shows. Designers like Dolce & Gabbana, Erdem and Andrew Gn dreamed up dresses, skirts, blouses and accessories in sweet, delicate layers of lace.

Of course, those of us in the wedding world have long been fans of lace, but even bridal designers are reimagining their lace gowns with sleek silhouettes, new necklines and surprising details.
To get in on the trend, try a gown with a lace overlay for a touch of Old World romance or a short lace frock for a flirty look. For inspiration, check out a few of my fave lace dresses for brides:

What's your take on the lace trend? Love it or leave it? Would you wear a lace gown on your wedding day?
