Meet Champ, the US Ski and Snowboard Association’s (ussa.org) new mascot. Making this adorable pooch part of the team occurred to Courtney Harkins, USSA social media content manager and Champ’s handler, while watching the 2015 Super Bowl. “I saw the Budweiser ad with the puppies and thought it would be great for USSA to have a dog we could bring to events and meet-and-greets,” Harkins says. A few months later, thanks to a USSA donor who’s also on the Utah Humane Society board, Harkins adopted Champ. Meet this good boy at the Park City Grand Prix and Deer Valley World Cup events.
