3 Action-packed Sporting Events Not to Miss in March

From the mesmerizing moguls at Deer Valley to the perilously fast skeleton and luge competitions and Olympic Team Trials, Park City has seen plenty of live sports action this year. If you loved every action-packed minute of the Olympics, the good news is the winter sports season isn't over yet. March has a few more thrilling sporting events to put on your calendar.
U.S. Freestyle National Championships - Aerials
March 3-4 @ Utah Olympic Park
Did you miss out on the Freestyle International World Cup at Deer Valley? You still have one more chance to catch aerialists throwing down their best tricks in Park City this year. The U.S. Freestyle Championships is set to host their final event for the season with top divisional skiers in the country going head to head for the national title at the Utah Olympic Park. Athletes will be training during the day on March 3rd and the competition goes down on the 4th.

NAC Paralympic Watch Party
March 9 @ Red Rock Brewing
If you thought the Olympics were over, think again. There are some truly stellar athletes set to compete during the Paralympic Games (March 9-18), including several who train at the National Ability Center (NAC). To celebrate the beginning of the Paralympics, the NAC is hosting an Opening Ceremonies watch party at Red Rock Brewing (1640 W Redstone Center Dr). There event is free and comes with plenty of food, drink, and fun!Keep your eyes peeled for NAC athletes, including snowboarders Noah Elliot, Brenna Huckaby, and Nicole Roundy and the alpine skiers Kevin Burton, Andrew Haraghey Staci Manella, Sadi Debaun, Danelle Umstead, Rob Umstead, and Tyler Walker competing for Team USA. Three NAC athletes will also be competing for other countries: Santiago Vega (Chile), Arly Valasquez (Mexico), and Stephanie Victor (Switzerland).
