We're just about halfway through the Sundance Film Festival and we're willing to bet your starting to feel it. Between the late night parties, running around town to pop into all the venues, and catching several movies a day, we know this massive event, fun as it is, can start to wear on your mental and physical health. If you're feeling a bit exhausted, here's are some great ways to recharge.

Cuddle with puppies

If you're a volunteer or festival staff, mark your calendar for Wednesday, January 23rd. For the third year in a row, local animal non-profit Nuzzles & Co. will be hosting their puppy snuggle lounge from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Miner's Hospital. Nothing melts away your worries and stress like some quality puppy time so we highly recommend you check this one out, who knows you may even walk away with a lifelong friend because the pups will be up for adoption!

Float your stress away

How about a dip in one of those nifty sensory deprivation tanks. "Floating" as it is an amazing way to let everything go and just relax. After just a short session, you'll be able to get back out there in the cold and snow and keep Sundancing! Park City has two locations, check out SYNC Float Center (1200 W Lori Ln) or Float Park City (1351 Kearns Blvd).

Hit the slopes

It's okay, you can afford to take a few hours or even a full day away from the festival. Pick up some skis or a snowboard and high-tail it to one of Park City's world class resorts for a bit of sliding down the hills. The conditions are great right now and there are basically zero lift lines because everyone is busy at the festival. Take a few runs and work off all the movie theater snacks and then head back down to Main Street via the Town Lift and get back to festival business.

Enjoy the rest of the fest!
