Aspen Leaf Cocktail at St. Regis Deer Valley

Aspen Leaf Cocktail at St. Regis Deer Valley

2300 Deer Valley Dr E, 435-940-5700

Hop onto the funicular at the base of Deer Valley Resort for a ride up to the St. Regis Deer Valley Bar for a nosh and a cocktail or two. There, creative mixologists tempt guests with drinks like the Ginger-Lime Margarita and Smoked Black Walnut Old-Fashioned. But we think the perfect summer cocktail is the St. Regis’ Aspen Leaf, a scrumptious marriage of Champagne and Ketel One Peach & Orange Blossom, infused with natural fruit essences. ,

Coconut Margarita at Sushi Blue

1571 Redstone Center Dr, #140, 435-575-4272

Bill White’s Sushi Blue restaurant serves an eye-popping array of pan-Asian dishes ranging from sushi rolls and ramen to Korean street tacos, wonton chicken, and banh mi sandwiches. Whatever your nosh of choice, you can’t go wrong washing it down with a Coconut Margarita, a sunny smashup of Milagro silver tequila, fresh lime juice, cream of coconut, and triple sec served in a margarita glass with a salted, toasted coconut rim.

Young Grasshopper Cocktail at Tupelo

1500 Kearns Blvd, 435-292-0888

At Tupelo Park City, in addition to chef-owner Matt Harris’ killer cuisine, there’s a yummy cocktail called the Young Grasshopper, made with a seemingly unlikely but surprisingly tasty mélange of mezcal, Benedictine, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and Angostura and orange bitters.

Crème Brûlée Cocktail at KITA

2417 W High Mountain Rd, 435-513-7213

KITA, the Japanese-inspired steak house, grill, and sushi restaurant at Pendry Park City has a formidable selection of sake for sipping, but it also serves up some of Park City’s most unique cocktails. A guest favorite is the Crème Brûlée, which in this case is not a dessert, but a luscious drink made with vanilla vodka, subtly sweet Haku vodka, Cointreau, cream, egg white, and turbinado simple syrup.

Mountainside Mojito at Royal Street Café

7600 Royal St, #304, 435-649-1000

There are few things quite as marvelous as a mojito enjoyed on a sun-drenched deck. That sunny setting and a magnificent cocktail await you at Deer Valley Resort’s Royal Street Café. The Mountainside Mojito features a base of Hamilton rum blended with minted lemon, lime, and blueberries. It would pair nicely with the café’s Chunky Monkey Upside Down Cake.
