As winter sports lovers, we all want to maximize our time on the slopes in Park City. Thankfully, there’s an abundance of delicious, eclectic dishes to be had at slopeside eateries—from pho and tacos at Deer Valley Resort to a fresh Caprese sandwich at Woodward—so you don’t have to venture too far from the mountains when lunchtime comes calling. Here’s just a sample of the many tempting on-mountain menu items to consider.

At The Brass Tag in The Lodges at Deer Valley, kids and adults alike love the deep-fried Wisconsin cheese curds with homemade marinara. The fennel and pomegranate salad is a healthy selection, and the cacio e pepe pasta is a real crowd-pleaser.

Stop into Brasserie 7452 at the St. Regis Deer Valley for hearty French bistro fare such as coq au vin, hanger steak with frites, or classic French onion soup, all great winter warmers.

Over at Stein Eriksen Lodge, the Troll Hallen menu offers delectable dishes such as Swedish meatballs and mashers, fresh and healthy Farmer Jones’ salad, and heavenly chocolate pot de crème.

For fresh seafood and more, drop into RIME Raw Bar at Deer Valley Resort to warm up with a Connecticut-style lobster roll, crudo, clam chowder, oysters on the half shell, and the best French dip sandwich around.

Guests at Woodward Park City can enjoy pizza and burgers, plus surprising eats like the scrumptious shoyu poke bowl, ahi tuna tacos, and even a vegetarian banh mi sandwich.

From Deer Valley Resort’s posh Mariposa menu, temptations like ahi tuna tartare, elk and mushroom pasta with sherry cream, and, of course, the famous Chocolate Snowball dessert cry out: eat me!

In Canyons Village, Red Tail Grill is the perfect spot for comfort food like chili-rubbed chicken wings, roasted red pepper and black bean burger, or the pork chile verde with polenta and warm tortillas.

Over at Fresh Tracks Kitchen in Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge, enjoy the Champion Power Salad, the Perseverance Bowl, and the stacked smash burger on a Tuscan bun with a variety of toppings.

At Cena Ristorante in Silver Lake, the fresh fried clams are a must, the braised lamb and grilled artichoke pizzetta is killer, and the seafood cioppino is simply sensational.
