The Big Apple is in for an alpine-infused treat as a half dozen of Deer Valley Resort's award-winning chefs unleash their talents at the prestigious James Beard House later this month. Last week, we were privy to the dress rehearsal for the New York City soirée, which also doubled as an introduction to the resort's newest menu items, created and presented by Food and Beverage Director Jodie Rogers, Silver Lake Lodge Executive Chef Chris Gibson, Executive Pastry Chef Stephen Harty, Snow Park Lodge Executive Chef Brian Henning, Goldener Hirsch Inn Food and Beverage Director Ryan Burnham, and Empire Canyon Lodge Executive Chef Ryan Lloyd—and their talented teams.
