This Olympic themed Dragon Roll is available at the Montage's Vista Lounge or Yama Sushi restaurant.

It's hard to believe the Olympics only have a few more action packed days left! Of course, we'll be continuing to cheer on the USA all the way to the end and through the Paralympics (March 9-18). If you're looking for a way to honor the Olympic spirit at dinner or during an afternoon après session, then you need to go taste the special Dragon Roll the Montage Deer Valley, created especially for Park City locals and guests.

The special Dragon Roll, named after the PyeongChang ski resort Dragon Valley, was created especially for these winter games. A tempura soft shell crab roll, the Dragon Roll is topped with a Chef Eric Hill's housemade kimchi, a Korean favorite, to add a spice to the Korean inspired roll and a truffle soy glaze. This is a limited release roll, only available for the duration of the Olympic games at the Montage's Vista Lounge and Yama Sushi.

No mountain meal would be complete without a carefully curated craft cocktail so, naturally, the Montage has you covered there too. Their Beverage Manager Dave Wallace, a master mixologist, was given very short notice, but he managed to whip up a themed cocktail in about a day. The appropriately named Going for the Gold is a martini made using Domaine de Canton, bourbon, lemon juice, and sparkling wine.
