WildKitchen

EAT

The hottest dinner ticket in town? The US debut of WildKitchen, the outdoor culinary concept created by British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, at The Lodge at Blue Sky, an Auberge Resorts Collection property. Through October 30, guests and locals can enjoy the WildKitchen experience, which includes dinner curated by a rotating series of award-winning guest chefs, including Utah’s own Viet Pham (Pretty Bird Kitchen), James Beard semifinalist Kim Canteenwalla, and Los Cabos Chef of the Year Yvan Mucharraz. WildKitchen features a 24-seat communal dining table, set in a high alpine field, that plays host to one seating per night. The remote, highly immersive gastronomic journey is exclusively accessible via the resort’s ATVs and house cars, or as part of weekly wildlife tracking, hiking, and plant identification excursions.

The Springs

STAY

The secluded mountain setting is reason enough to book a getaway at Sundance Resort, but now guests can enjoy a hot new amenity. The resort recently debuted The Springs, a trio of luxe pools—two hot tubs and a large relaxation spa—with views of Mount Timpanogos. Take an evening soak and enjoy a canopy of twinkling stars on a summer night or an afternoon dip surrounded by colorful leaves come fall.

The New Traditional

READ

In his new coffee table book, The New Traditional, residential and hospitality designer Barclay Butera—who has a showroom on Heber Avenue in Park City as well as in Newport Beach and Corona del Mar, California—showcases his ability to blend the warmth of tradition with the freshness of modern style. The beautiful publication features 13 homes that exemplify how elegance and comfort merge to create sanctuaries, not merely structures. Order a copy online or at Dolly’s Bookstore on Main Street.
