Park City Rotary Club's "Running of the Balls" has become a local tradition as volunteers dress in Pamplona white and attempt to outrun the balls (in lieu of bulls). Locals purchase the tennis balls as a fundraiser and chance to win prizes.
Miner’s Day Parade and Celebration

Here, Labor Day is Miner’s Day, a celebration of the past and present—with everything from the Pamplona-style “Running of the Balls” Rotary club fundraiser (numbered, lottery-like tennis balls are let loose down Main Street) to an iconic mucking and drilling competition. Utah Olympic Park Summer Attractions
From learning about the Utah Olympic Park’s unique sporting heritage in the free museum to taking a ride-of-a-lifetime on the summer bobsled experience, Utah Olympic Park offers activities for all. The park’s summer experiences include the extreme zip line, zip line tour, alpine slide, drop tower, adventure courses and scenic chairlift rides. Hours 10 a.m.–6 p.m. daily. Park City Mountain Summer Activities
Check out a variety of adventures for guests of virtually any age. Starting Sept. 3, many activities (including lift-served biking and hiking) are open Thursday through Sunday.
