Park City summers are all about the outdoors. And for many, that means our genre-rich live music scene. Whether you’re lounging on a blanket on a grassy hillside or kicked back at one of our many patio venues, live outdoor music in this town is a seven-day-a-week proposition. Use this planner to chart your summer’s worth of live music.

Saturday

Utah Symphony
Deer Valley Snow Park
Amphitheater, July 7 thru 21 plus August 11, 7:30 p.m.
This is a gorgeous outdoor concert setting with a very comfortable vibe where blankets, low-rider chairs, and coolers are welcome. Deer Valley concessions are also available. D

Canyons Resort Summer Concert Series
July 14 thru September 1, 6–8:30 p.m.
Another ski-resort grassy hillside venue where low-rider chairs and picnics are welcome.  M

Miner’s Park Concert Series
Main St, June 23 thruAugust 19, 1:30–5 p.m.
Just stroll by while shopping on Main Street, or grab a seat on a stone wall in this intimate park and stay a while.  M

Sunday

Breakfast Jam at Silver Star Café
1825 Three Kings Dr, 9 a.m.–noon
This cozy little café and patio overlooks Park City Golf Course and has become a low-key musical mecca.  S

Park Silly Sunday Market
Main St, June 10 thru September 23
Live music acts, one after the other, all day long on various stages at this quirky street fair that defines the creative muse of the Park City summer scene.  P

Miner’s Park Concert Series
Main St, June 23 thru August 19, 1:30–5 p.m.

Monday

Chamber Music Series
City Park, July 16 thru August 6, 6:30–8 p.m.
Bring a lawn chair and a picnic to this spacious venue in the heart of town.  M

Tuesday

Wild Card Day! While there is not a regularly scheduled Tuesday concert series in town, both Park City Performing Arts Foundation and United Concerts promote outdoor live music shows featuring major national touring acts at Deer Valley Snow Park Amphitheater each summer. Be sure to check the calendar in our Things to Do section or deervalley.com for an updated schedule of these shows during the summer months.

Wednesday

Frontier Bank Community Concert Series
Deer Valley Snow ParkAmphitheater, June 27 thru August 29, 6–8 p.m.
This is where Park City locals reconnect on a weekly basis. Great for families.  M

Utah SymphonyChamber Series
St. Mary’s Church, Hwy 224, July 18 thru August 8 with the Muir String Quartet featured on August 1. All shows at 8 p.m.
This is an indoor venue with great acoustics and pristine views from floor-to-ceiling windows.  D

Thursday

Newpark Free Concert Series
Newpark Town Center, Kimball Junction, June 21 thru August 30, 6–8 p.m.
This newer series draws a large local crowd—bring your own lawn chair and a picnic, or grab a pizza from Maxwell’s on the plaza. Lawn-patio combo.  M

Plaza Palooza
Silver Star Plaza, 1825 Three Kings Dr, 6–9 p.m.
Take a cruiser bike ride first with the guides from the resident bike shop, then grab a burger and a brew on the patio and take in the tunes of local bands.  S

Concert in the Park Series
Heber City Park, Main St, Heber City, June 14 thru August 30, 6:30 p.m.
This prime setting is smack dab in the middle of Heber Valley with views of Mt. Timpanogos, the jewel of the Wasatch. Meander through the farmers market booths as you enjoy the music. Chairs, coolers, and blankets welcome.  H

Friday

Coalville on Main Concert Series
Coalville, July 13 thru August 10, 6–8 p.m.
This user-friendly pocket park on Main is quite comfortable, featuring grass and patio seating. Chairs and blankets welcome; coolers flaunting open containers, not so much.  M

Woodenshoe Park Concert Series
Woodenshoe Lane, Peoa, July 13 thru August 20, 6:30–8:15 p.m.
Cozy, pastoral comfort at its most sublime, with an adjacent fairgrounds arena featuring local bands.  M
