When the affable Jen Francis returned to Park City after a hiatus in Aspen, she brought back the joie de vivre of the resort’s thriving après scene with an eye for carving out her own business. After successfully launching a number of pop-up Champagne bars with local restaurants early last season, Francis is now focusing on more intimate events at private residences, partnering with Veuve Clicquot to create the ultimate après-ski experience. Working from the crisp, celebratory cuvée in the festive yellow-orange label as a centerpiece, Francis customizes over-the-top events for clients with the requisite Chambong toasts, Bubbly Blasters, curated cocktails (the delightful Le Champagne Cocktail, composed of bubbly, bourbon, bitters, and a sugar cube is a favorite), and branded Clicquot pillows, blankets, and accoutrements to set the scene.

“From the music to the ‘cham-ski’ to the personalities I bring on board, the energy is so contagious—it’s fun, lighthearted, and celebratory,” Francis explains. “It’s exactly what people need this season!” Add-ons including handcrafted ice bars, DJs and live music, tasting menus, and warming elements like fire pits and space heaters take things over the top—but really, the sky’s the limit.
