In March, longtime Park City residents Jeff and Lisa Ward celebrated the 15-year anniversary of their beloved local restaurant, the Silver Star Café. Located at the base of Silver Star lift at Park City Mountain and situated at the trailheads for the Armstrong and Spiro trails, the lively eatery and large patio serve as a gathering spot for après skiers, hikers, and mountain bikers (and well-behaved dogs). Known for made-from-scratch comfort food and live acoustic music, Silver Star is a favorite among locals and visitors, who return for pork osso buco (featured on The Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives), elk burgers, Lebanese-spiced meatballs, blackened shrimp and local Gold Creek Farms aged cheddar grits, and so much more. 1825 Three Kings Dr, 435-655-3456.
