Park City Mountain Resort operates an outdoor ice rink at the center of the resort, open November through March, offering hockey and skate rentals, as well as private events for hockey, broomball, or curling. Comfortable couches, music, outdoor firepits, and twinkling lights set the scene, with hourly rates or all-day passes allowing flexibility to visit neighboring coffee shops and restaurants.

For a break from a storm or the added conveniences provided by an indoor area, the Park City Ice Arena and Sports Complex’s Olympic-size hockey rink maintains a busy schedule of league play, lessons, open skate sessions, and rentals throughout the year. There are opportunities to learn broomball (like hockey, with much less padding), curling, sled hockey, and ice skating, with private rooms for birthdays and events. 

Enjoy outdoor skating and stunning mountain views at Midway Outdoor Ice Rink in Midway Town Square. Take a few spins on the ice or stay toasty in the warming hut with hot chocolate and warm apple cider.
