Car enthusiasts and collectors, take note: after four years of development, the much-anticipated private car and social club Warehouse opened its garage doors in January. The impressive facilities span nearly 30,000 square feet of automotive and club amenities. On the ground floor, a massive, free-flowing automotive showroom features 84 vehicle bays and 24 motorcycle bays where members can store and display special cars. The space is styled more like an art gallery than a garage, decorated with artwork on loan from Julie Nester Gallery and Relévant Galleries, and accent lighting that beautifully spotlights the rare and enviable inventory, including a Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato, Ferrari F40, Carbon Series Ford GT, and a Toyota FJ 75 never released in the United States.

But Warehouse offers its members far more than just a posh place to park their cars. CEO and co-founder Jake Wolf describes Warehouse as “a car club meets Soho House.” On the second floor of Warehouse, additional amenities include a wine room, Top Golf Swing Suite, racing simulators, an event space and boardroom, and multiple bar and lounge areas, plus wood-fired fare from local chef John Courtney complemented by a curated wine selection and cocktail menu developed by his wife, Paige Courtney, both of Park City’s Chop Shop.

Members also gain access to an exclusive driving fleet and Warehouse programming, such as private track days, a European rally culminating in the Monaco Grand Prix, and an Aspen snow-driving experience. Other recent members-only events have included a grand opening party DJed by Brandi Cyrus during the Sundance Film Festival, an omakase-style pop-up sushi dinner with Park City’s San Toki, a special preview of fine watches from O.C. Tanner Jewelers, Formula One viewing parties, private yoga sessions, art talks, and more.

Wolf’s passion for luxury cars—and his own purchase of a Lamborghini Murciélago LP640—inspired the concept for Warehouse. He grew up in North Carolina but visited Park City frequently to ski and snowboard, and worked in exotic car brokerage in Miami before moving to town. He’s driven to grow Warehouse, and plans to expand into markets outside of Park City. But for now, he’s focused on fostering a strong sense of community and connection with like-minded Parkites of all ages and genders who share the same passion for cars, golf, art, food, and wine. “Warehouse is more than a club,” says Wolf. “It’s a celebration and merging of automotive excellence and social camaraderie.”
