Park Silly Market Primer

On select Sundays throughout the summer, Park City’s historic Main Street transforms into a hub of festivity with the Park Silly Sunday Market. This free street festival, now in its 18th year, offers a sprawling marketplace for local artists and crafters to showcase and sell their creations—from jewelry and clothing to art and pottery—and plays a pivotal role in nurturing and developing small businesses within the community.
Each week, the eclectic market hosts an array of over 175 booths, making every visit a new experience. Among the diverse offerings are the “kid-prenuer” booths, which spotlight the entrepreneurial spirit of local youth.
As the name implies, Park Silly is renowned for its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, filled with live music—check out the Erick Heideman Band (June 2) and the Mitch Raymond Trio (June 9)—family-friendly activities such as face painting and henna, and an array of local food vendors, including gourmet goods like jam, coffee, cheese, and salsa, and snack foods such as crepes, pizza, ice cream, and more, plus a not-to-miss tiki bar and custom Bloody Mary bar.
Beyond shopping and noshing, the market is a place for gathering, where the spirit of Park City’s community thrives amidst laughter and lively conversations.

How to Get There
For those driving to Park Silly, the most hassle-free (and complimentary) parking option is available at Park City High School. Visitors can then opt for a free ride on the city bus directly to the heart of the festivities on Main Street.
Paid parking is available but limited, in the China Bridge parking structure and the Old Town area. In alignment with the market’s commitment to sustainability, attendees are encouraged to consider alternative modes of transportation such as walking or biking—a free bike valet service is offered at Park Silly—or using public transportation.
