Northern Lights Recipe

  • Couple of leaves of fresh mint
  • 1 oz. Bacardi mango liquor 
  • 1/2 oz. of St. Germain
  • Couple dashes of orange bitters
  • 1/2 oz. of housemade rose simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. of 99 Bananas 
  • B’lure Butterfly pea flower extract
  • 1 oz. of lemon juice

Combine mint leaves, orange bitters, Bacardi, St. Germain, rose syrup, and 99 Bananas in a shaker; then muddle to expose the flavor of the mint. Add ice and shake. Strain into a stir glass filled with ice. Add two squeezes of Butterfly pea extract and stir for a vibrant blue color change. Add lemon juice to a chilled martini glass and strain mixture in. Add a rose petal and blood orange slice as a garnish.
