Part of Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort group of restaurants, Zoom has long been a popular Park City destination. Housed in a former Union Pacific train depot, the now rough-hewn wooden floors, copper bar, stone and metalwork, and photo art from the Sundance Film Festival combine for a rustically elegant ambiance. Though the menu changes seasonally, the focus is squarely on elevated comfort food. Delicious constants include the truffle mac and cheese and baby back pork ribs served with corn bread and poppy-seed coleslaw.
