Open year-round and serving dinner nightly, The Brass Tag restaurant is located in the Lodges at Deer Valley. The menu features Deer Valley-inspired brick oven cuisine including fresh seafood skillets, seared meats, oven roasted fresh fish, locally sourced produce, seasonal flatbreads and salads. The Brass Tag is open from 3 to 10 p.m. and serves the full dinner menu from 5:30 to 9 p.m. A full bar, wine and beer are available.
