At night and only during the ski season, Deer Valley Resort’s Snow Park Lodge dining room is transformed into the extravagant Seafood Buffet. The ever-changing gourmet selections include an impressive cold appetizer station with chilled crab, shrimp, oysters, sushi, and more; hot appetizers such as lobster bisque and steamed mussels and clams; and a selection of seafood entrées. There’s plenty of delicious fare for non-seafood eaters, too, such as prime rib. Finish with dessert choices from Deer Valley’s own bakery. An ideal venue for groups who can serve themselves at their own pace, yet there are plenty of cozy tables by the fire for two.
