Description
Since Ruth Fertel opened the first Ruth’s Chris Steak House in 1965, this restaurant has set the standard for American steak houses, and the chain’s Hotel Park City location is no exception. Begin with one of the internationally inspired appetizers: calamari, veal osso buco ravioli, or the Crabtini. Next up is the signature USDA Prime steak, served sizzling, of course, on a 500-degree plate. And don’t forget the sides, which include broiled tomatoes, fresh asparagus, tempura onion rings, and sweet potato casserole.
