It all began with a food truck at Park Silly Sunday Market that promised fresh lobster from store to door in 24 hours. After a successful run, Freshies Lobster Co. finally opened the doors to a restaurant where you can get your hands on fresh Maine lobster any day of the week. Freshies Lobster Co. is proud to provide the working waterfront with our business and give back to the great state of Maine and a tradition of sustainable practices.  Freshies also believes in sourcing quality ingredients and uses local products whenever possible.
