Description

Located in the heart of Deer Valley, Fireside Dining offers local favorites from the European Alps and features four courses served from our stone fireplaces. Enjoy melted raclette cheese served with traditional condiments, cured Italian and Swiss meats, freshly baked baguettes, specialty entrées, hearty sides, salads, Dutch-oven specialties, fire-roasted leg of lamb and dessert fondues. A full bar,  specially selected wines and imported beers are available to complement each course. Offered Wednesday through Saturday evenings from 5:45 to 9 p.m. Free parking is available and reservations are highly recommended.
