Description
This is one of Park City’s longest continuously operating—and, for locals, most beloved—family-run restaurants. Patriarch Ed Axtel began cooking in Park City kitchens in 1978 and opened Terigo on Main Street 10 years later. Axtel’s daughter, Carly, works in the kitchen as the sous-chef, and his wife, Debbie, manages the front of the house. Terigo’s France/northern-Italy-inspired menu runs the gamut from hearty to light. Sitting inside this eatery’s quaint dining room feels like an afternoon or evening in Provence.
