Located in the Silverado Lodge, the Bistro is the only kosher offering at a ski resort in North America. The menu features signature sandwiches such as the hot pastrami, turkey reuben, and open face, which offers a choice of turkey or roast beef smothered in brown gravy. For larger appetites, entrée options include chicken schnitzel, spaghetti and meatballs, and the citrus salmon. In addition to dining at the family-friendly Bistro Kosher Deli, guests can also pre-order Sabbath meals and purchase pre-made kosher sandwiches at Murdock’s Café, located in Canyons Village. Everything is, of course, served within strict kosher guidelines by a staff trained in the finer points of kosher cuisine and service.
