Located for the past 20 years in a beautifully renovated historic building at the heart of Main Street, 350 Main’s tin ceilings, spacious banquettes, and huge windows overlooking Old Town harken back to a time when the Park City mountains were known for what was inside them versus what to do on them. Ingredients for the deliciously creative yet health-conscious fare served here is sourced locally whenever possible. Gluten-free items take center stage (the fried chicken is a celiac sufferer’s dream come true), and those not presented gluten-free are easily modified.
