One of Park City’s first Mexican restaurants, Baja Cantina is a busy and friendly hangout right on the plaza at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a perfect place for cold libations and a bowl of house-made chips or an early dinner. Baja is known for large portions and friendly service for the entire family, there’s a kids’ menu for the little ones, and a margarita menu for the adults. The fare is classic Mexican with a Park City twist: burritos are named for local ski runs, and there’s a quesadilla named for all three Park City resort base areas.
