Courtney Flach, Bar Manager and Mixologist at Firewood's Nickel Bar recently shared the recipe for their top selling craft cocktail, the Fireline, in honor of the restaurant's one year anniversary. - 1 1/2 oz. Espolon Reposado
- 1/2 oz. Wahaka Mezcal
- 1/2 oz. Dry Curaçao
- 1/4 oz. Housemade Hibiscus Syrup
- 1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- A dash of Housemade Citrus Ash from wood fire oven
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with dehydrated charred lemon wheel.
