From March 1st t0 3rd, the National Ability Center hosted another successful rendition of their Red, White, and Snow fundraiser. Bringing together top vintners and five star dining courtesy of the St. Regis and Montage, the event once again drew food and wine enthusiasts from around the country and those eager to support the NAC’s world-class programming.

“Red,White and Snow is an annual favorite of our community and hundreds of visitors,” said Gail Barille, CEO of the National Ability Center. “We are so grateful for the commitment of the countless volunteers, vintners, chefs, sponsors and supporters who make this event truly magnificent. While the food, wine and snow are all top notch, it is the mission of the NAC that always takes center stage. No other time in the year do we have the opportunity to share the impact of our programs directly from the voices of so many athletes, families and veterans. The timing of this year’s event, just six days before the opening of the PyeongChang Paralympic games and following an exciting 2018 Olympic Games, is perfect.”

Some of the mainstay events of the fundraiser include Wine on the Mountain (and Skiing with Legends), an exclusive slope-side tasting and lunch après ski party where guests suit up in their finest vintage ski gear and cruise around Deer Valley, Vintner Dinners at private homes where guests are wined and dined while NAC participants share heartfelt stories about their experiences with the organization, and the Gala and Auction, which was hosted this year by Party of Five star, actor and NAC advocate, Scott Wolf.

The NAC is hosting a watch party for the opening of the PyeongChang Paralympic games on March 9 at Red Rock Brewing. So make sure you come out and support our U.S. and NAC athletes.
