We are currently growing on about 3 acres. During the summer months we grow arugula, asparagus, beets, beet greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, Chinese cabbage, celery, collards, chard, edible flowers, fennel, garlic, garlic scapes, head lettuce, herbs, kale, kolrabi, lavender, leeks, mizuna, mustard greens, micro greens, onions, peas, parsnips, potatoes, pumpkins, radish, rhubarb, salad mix, spinach, scallions, summer squash, stir fry greens, tat soi, turnips, winter squash, and cut flowers in our outside growing beds. Meanwhile, the greenhouses produces heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, beans and some flowers. During the winter months, all of our growing moves inside our 2400 sq ft passive solar greenhouse and additional hoophouses.


Saturdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm between June 15 and October 19;
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am to 6:00pm between June 11 and October 17
