Longtime locals recall a time when the road running from Kimball Junction to Old Town was a two-land, badly paved affair with nary a stoplight in between. Today's booming Park City involves a network of neighborhoods, with subdivisions filling formerly wide-open meadows and blurring the city-county lines.
