Whether seeking a pump track for a wee one or hankering to hone technical skills before hucking huge air on the trail, check out these bike parks:

Trailside (5715 Trailside Dr) has everything from pump tracks and a beginner flow trail to a tabletop jump line and advanced free-ride trail—perfect for controlled progression through skills.

Creekside (2392 Holiday Ranch Loop Rd) is a dirt biker’s paradise with opportunities to roll and jump through beginner, intermediate, and expert lines from dawn to dusk. Consider signing up for one of the city’s Dirt Jump Camps (parkcity.org).

Ike’s Pump Track (Matt Knoop Park, 4056 Shadow Mountain Dr) is a petite dirt dog’s playground, catering to tykes as well as more advanced riders with rollers, bumps, and berms.

Pine Canyon (Wasatch Mountain State Park, Midway, adjacent to the campground and WOW Trail) features a fun-for-all-ages pump track and two freshly cut flow trails slated to be completed this summer, thanks to Wasatch Trails Alliance.
