Support farm-to-table restaurants. Many Park City chefs source ingredients from nearby farms; some exemplary options include The Farm at Park City Mountain, Hearth and Hill, Twisted Fern, Tupelo Park City, Five5eeds, Purple Sage,
and Handle.

Take a class at Mindful Cuisine. Chef Linda Lewis Elbert (mindfulcuisine.com) can show you how to make dishes using produce fresh from the market that week ($85–$125 per person).

Join a CSA. Also known as a “farm share,” Community Supported Agriculture gives you a chance to support a local farm by buying a season’s worth of its produce, typically delivered weekly. Consider Copper Moose Farm, Farmer Next Door, or Ranui Gardens.

Shop farmers markets. Skip the grocery store and stock up on produce from Park City’s markets: Park Silly Sunday Market (parksillysundaymarket.com, most Sundays, lower Main Street), Park City Farmers Market
(parkcityfarmersmarket.com, Wednesdays at Park City Mountain), Heber Valley Market (Thursdays at Heber City Park), Copper Moose Farm Stand (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1285 Old Ranch Rd), Summit County Community Market, (summitcountyhealth.org, Aug 20 and 27 and Sept 3 at Park City Hospital’s parking lot), and Bill White Farms (Fridays and Saturdays, 5373 Highway 224).
