With local farm stand bursting with fresh veggies and fruits, there's no better time than now to dig into a salad. Forget wilted iceberg lettuce and sad tomatoes, however. All these salads pack in a punch with tons of flavorful greens and extras, making them anything but bland.
Grapes & Gorgonzola
A staple of Bill White's Grappa restaurant, the Grapes & Gorgonzola salad is super simple--just sweet red grapes, roasted walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese in a red wine vinaigrette--and very popular. Since its opening in 1992, Grappa has sold around 2,500 G&G salads annually, earning this eponymous salad a spot as one of Park City's most iconic dishes.
The Shakespearean Salad
Atticus Coffee Teahouse is one of our favorite spots to grab a quick, delicious, and nutritious breakfast or lunch. True to that, the Shakespearean Salad is packed full of everything you need for a complete meal, starting with a bed of spring mix greens, avocado, cucumbers, tomatoes, shredded carrots, sprouts, caramelized walnuts, feta cheese, and house-made creamy balsamic dressing. This summery salad features a spring mix, baby arugula, strawberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, feta cheese, and pumpkin seeds topped with an açaí balsamic reduction.
Duck Confit and Berry
Relatively new to the Park City dining scene, Twisted Fern is quickly becoming one of our favorites. With a mantra of serving “real food, the kind that comes directly from plants and animals, is naturally fresh, nourishing, wholesome, and pleasant,” it's no wonder their salads are a hit. The Duck Confit and Berry comes with shredded confit, arugula, fresh berries, sour cherries, candied pecans, and roasted shallot vinaigrette.
Watercress, Arugula, Melon and Goat Cheese Salad
After cruising the mountain bike trails of Deer Valley, there's nowhere better to grab a bit to eat than the Royal Street Café. You really can't go wrong with anything you order, but if you're in the mood for something light and tasty, order the watercress, arugula, melon, and goat cheese salad topped with artisan feta, Slide Ridge honey-citrus vinaigrette, and fresh berries.

Another perk, their patio is one of the best kept secrets in Park City with big flower pots, fire pits, and live music on the weekends.
