The Gin Experience

Let the party be gin! Make date night great again at this gin-distilling workshop paired with a four-course feast. Head underground to Alpine Distilling’s (alpine distilling.com) microdistillery on Historic Main, infuse your batch with botanicals, and watch it cook in a copper still. Take a seat at 350 Main as Chef Matt Safranek delivers inventive cuisine while you sip and study gin. $400 per couple. Monday–Saturday 7–9 p.m. Reservations required.

Silver to Slopes: Historic Mining Tour

Uncover the mysteries of Park City Mountain’s dilapidated mining relics on a free intermediate-level ski/snowboard tour. Guides chronicle the silver mining heyday and preservation tactics as you visit ruined ore bins, mines, and conveyor belts dating back nearly 100 years. Free twice-daily tours begin at the Park City Mountain base. 

Park City Ghost Tours

When Park City boomed, saloons and opium dens brought unsavory characters, and early death was a common side effect of the mining life. Take to the streets after sunset to hear local lore about those who met their untimely end here—and are said to haunt the town to this day. $20 adults, $10 kids 16 and under.
