From finger-licking BBQ to superfood salads and succulent burgers, the dining options run the gamut at Park City Mountain. Under the direction of Park City Mountain Dining Executive Chef Alex Malmborg, the on-mountain culinary team has really stepped up their game with hearty and fresh dishes to please even the pickiest of eaters.
Here's a sample of what you can eat and where to get it.
Located just off the mid-station of the Orange Bubble Express, the Lookout Cabin is Park City Mountain's only on-mountain restaurant with table service. Take in the spectacular views of the Wasatch Mountains while enjoying the innovative lunch menu and a drink from the full-service bar. The sunny days ahead pair well with the Horseradish-Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon and Baby Spinach Salad.
There's nothing like good old fashioned BBQ and the Tombstone Grill seems to attract a crowd regardless of the weather conditions despite being outdoors at the base of the Tombstone lift. Sunshine or snow, skiers and boarders come here for smoked sausage, pulled pork, and a myriad of other meats drenched in house-made sauces.
If you haven't heard of the famous Cloud Dine doughnut, you need to get up to this restaurant at the top of DreamScape and DreamCather lifts right now! Don't let the melt-in-your-mouth donuts fool you though, Cloud Dine isn't just about treats, the restaurant specializes in healthy salads, soups, gourmet pizzas, and sandwiches which you should definitely pair with some hand-cut fries.
Just steps from the Quicksilver Gondola and the base of Silverlode Chair you'll find Miners Camp, the newest dining location installed by Vail as part of their $50 million renovation when they acquired Park City Mountain. This spacious, yet cozy eatery offers a menu filled with homemade soups, chili, artisan salads, and Mediterranean inspired cuisine. Sink your teeth into hearty beef burgers or veg out with the succulent marinated Portabella burger or vegan dolmas.
The highest on-mountain restaurant, right off the top of Bonanza lift, is the Summit House. If you want to go healthy then you're sure to find your fix amongst the fresh tossed salads, homemade soups, artisan sandwiches and freshly baked pizzas. We recommend the 9250 Salad.
LEGENDS BAR AND GRILL
Technically, Legends Bar & Grill isn't on-mountain dining, but it's the perfect place to end your day for après ski. The menu here has undergone a complete overhaul to give the place a more upscale gastropub feel. And trust us; you're in for a treat here. Stop in to sample their signature cocktails paired with appetizers like the Garlic-Ginger Glazed Crispy Cauliflower and Blistered Shishito Peppers. And if you need to stay for dinner, no worries... there's plenty to please on the menu, the Wagyu Top Sirloin Steak with grilled maitake mushrooms, baby arugula, red wine reduction, and a twice baked potato, for instance!
