Since they opened their doors in 2009, High West has managed to share their passion for crafting delicious and distinctive whiskeys not just here in Utah, but across the country and internationally as well, collecting a slew of awards and accolades along the way. Over the years, they've also delved into cooking up unique country-Western cuisine, earning them the title of "Best Park City Restaurant" from City Weekly readers. We're happy to report High West has now joined in the fray for the best meal of the week: Sunday Brunch. 

Every Sunday, between 10:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., at the High West Distillery in Wanship, you can enjoy a smorgasbord of brunch delights, including Whiskey-soaked French toast, brisket eggs Benedict, berries, cheeses, and more. You can wipe away any aches from Saturday night adventures with a full cocktail menu which, of course, includes Bloody Marys and mimosas, but we recommend the Dead Man’s Boots, the best-selling cocktail at High West's flagship location on Park Avenue in Park City.   

Adding brunch was a natural choice for High West, especially with proprietor David Perkins claiming, “We absolutely love lunch and dinner, but let’s face it, we’ve all got a special place in our hearts for brunch.” 

It might be a slightly longer outing than just heading visiting the gastro-distillery in Park City, but you couldn’t ask for a more spectacular location for a meal. The High West Distillery in Wanship is nestled neatly within the mountains, offering views of the Wasatch Range and Blue Sky’s 3,500-acre ranch. Another plus side to driving out to the distillery is that once you’re done with brunch, you can get a tour of the premises to learn about whiskey making from the High West masters.
