Our sincere gratitude and a very special thank you go out to all of our participating culinary experts, local businesses, generous sponsors and patrons for embracing this event.
The success of this event is due, in no small part, to our wonderful wineries. Be aware that this is Utah’s largest wine festival. Each year the Food & Wine Classic features hundreds of wines from the everyday to the esoteric. The Classic offers many ways to make your weekend experience memorable. You’ll choose from a unique cross-section of fine wine, beer and spirits from a multitude of suppliers. We thank these suppliers for the knowledge they will impart to you by their participation.
The other major attraction of the festival is our partnership with the unrivaled restaurants of Park City and across the state of Utah. When you add “bold and innovative” to “fresh and local,” you’ve described the spirit of Park City’s restaurant scene and its talented chefs. They will serve up their specialties at this year’s festival and this is your chance to sample them all. Restaurants will provide bite-sized samples during the Grand Tasting events. We encourage our patrons to enjoy these fantastic restaurants throughout the weekend. Thank you for supporting the fine establishments that support the Classic.
