Java Cow (402 Main St, 435.647.7711) is a cafe-cum-bakery that also features all-natural, made-in-house ice cream. The parlor, which includes a selection of nondairy treats, is outfitted in 2002 Olympic and colorful bovine paraphernalia and has become an attraction in itself for visitors to the area.

The Kimball Junction location plays host to business deals, and the Old Town location is a celebrity docking station during Sundance.
